We use DataScience, an estimation tool, to automatically calculate and estimate the shipping requirements each month. With this software, we developed an app that automatically pulled in the necessary shipping information, holiday information, and past sales data.
Truck drivers are provided with a simple app that they can use to provide updates with regard to their shipment. The data they sent are logged in Airtable and Integromat keeps a tab of all these updates. We also automated the emails so that for each update the relevant e-commerce store will receive an email from us, as well as a Telegram message.
