Kobra II (Motorit)

🧩Automate what happens between the systems – and you will save both time and frustration.
‍

Manycar dealers and workshops who have come to us and use Kobra II describe a system that works too much – but where time flies on everything around. This can involve copying information manually, double-registering customer information or trying to follow up on leads based on gut feeling.

For example, we have helped a car company automate the transfer of customer and vehicle data from Kobra II to Fortnox, so that invoices are created without any manual intervention. Another company wanted to get the cars out to advertising portals without anyone having to sit around and paste. We solved that with a simple integration to Google Sheets where each row became a car and was published automatically.
πŸ“Œ These are some of the connections we built:
  • Automatic publication of new cars from Kobra II to advertising portals
  • Create quote reminders via Mailchimp with the click of a button
  • Update vehicle or customer data directly to Fortnox or Airtable
  • Do you also want to save time and avoid all the manual work?

CABAS / CAB Plan

For many repair shops, CABAS and CAB Plan serve as the core of the business – but the systems are often closed islands. One repair shop we worked with had Excel sheets that tried to track occupancy. Another lacked an overview of what the day looked like, even though all the data was in CAB.

Among other things, we helped one repair shop visualize the occupancy in a Google spreadsheet where the tasks of the day and the week were neatly sorted. We also built a connector that sent work orders to each mechanic's Google Calendar automatically every morning.
πŸ“Œ Previous solutions we built:
  • Real-time coverage in Looker Studio
  • Google Calendar sync for mechanic work orders
  • Invoice connection from CAB to Fortnox via Zapier
We can take what you already have – and make it really come together.

AutoMaster DMS

Several large retailers have contacted us with the same problem: AutoMaster is powerful, but cumbersome. The sales team has to enter leads manually, follow-ups are forgotten and the customer journey stops. One of our projects was to build a connection between incoming leads and the salespeople's Slack, so that each lead automatically reached the right person with pre-filled information. The same flow followed up with the customer via SMS after 3 days – and again after 7.
πŸ“Œ This is what we have built:
  • Automatic lead routing to the right salesperson via Slack/Teams
  • CRM sync with HubSpot including tags and contact log
  • Sending automations (ex: β€œHi, it’s been a while since we last heard from you!”)
It doesn't need to be rebuilt – it just needs to be connected correctly.

BokaMera / TimeCenter

Small workshops and car rental companies love the simplicity of BokaMera or TimeCenter. But when a booking comes in – that’s when the manual work begins: invoicing, adding to calendar, following up. We’ve helped automate all that.

One workshop we worked with wanted every booking to automatically generate an invoice in Fortnox. We built a connector that did exactly that – and also added an SMS flow that sent reminders and thanked the customer afterwards.
πŸ“Œ What we have previously built:
  • Automatic invoice upon booking (Fortnox/Visma)
  • Sync to Google Calendar or Outlook
  • Automatic SMS reminders before/after booking
You keep your booking system – but you don't have to do the work that comes with it.

Winassist

Smaller workshops that use Winassist often describe working in a vacuum – nothing talks to anything else. We helped a smaller operator start collecting the day’s jobs in Google Sheets automatically, so that the whole team could keep track.

In another project, we connected their order system to Fortnox to create invoice data, and added automatic email reports to the manager every Friday.
πŸ“Œ Examples of solutions:
  • Real-time task overview in Google Sheets
  • Invoice and order connection to accounting
  • Weekly report via email with current status
There's nothing too small to automate – especially not something you do every day.

Fleet Complete / ABAX / Webfleet

When we talk to rental and leasing companies that use these systems, it's often the same thing: the tracking works – but the rest remains in Excel. For example, one company wanted to link mileage to invoices. We did that.

We have also built solutions where vehicle incidents are sent as notifications to Slack, and where weekly reports on vehicle balance and usage are automatically exported every Sunday.
πŸ“Œ Previous projects:
  • Bill based on activity per vehicle
  • Slack notifications in case of deviations (e.g. leaving the area)
  • Automatic monthly reports
Vehicle data only becomes valuable when it is used.

Fortnox / Visma eEkonomi

We have built more connections to Fortnox than any other system. And it's no wonder. Many companies know they should streamline their finances – but don't know where to start. We can help.

A construction company used a booking system and invoiced manually. We connected them so that each completed job created an invoice. Another company wanted to get leads directly into Fortnox – for subscription services. We built that with a form + Zapier.
πŸ“Œ Example:
  • Booking system β†’ invoice (e.g. after workshop visit)
  • Import of leads to Fortnox as invoice data
  • Subscriptions automatically created
You have Fortnox. Let it work.

DealerWeb

DealerWeb is often the hub of the sales flow, but when leads come in, someone has to follow up. Many people we've spoken to have difficulty getting everything to connect – with CRM, finance or workshop.

We've helped car dealers connect DealerWeb with HubSpot so that all contacts, activities and reminders are collected in one system. We've also built flows that automatically send out emails after 3, 7 and 30 days – so no lead falls through the cracks.
πŸ“Œ What we built:
  • CRM connection (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Automatic reminders and follow-up
  • Lead routing to the right salesperson in Slack/Teams
If you have DealerWeb but no flow – then we can fix it.

Lagerkoll / Ongoing Warehouse

Spare parts warehouses and stores that use Lagerkoll or Ongoing often want to connect the warehouse with what is happening in the workshop – but don't really know how. For example, we have built connections where a booked time in the workshop automatically triggers a picking order.

We have also automated backorder management and made it so that the warehouse sends updates to the purchasing system once a week, without anyone having to open Excel.
πŸ“Œ This is what we have done:
  • Picking order is created at booked workshop time
  • Backorders are automatically registered when inventory is low
  • Exports to purchasing systems are scheduled
You have control over the inventory – we connect it to the rest.

RentHub / Rentsoft / Rentall

Car rental companies that have contacted us often use one of these booking platforms – but want more structure. This could be about automatic invoices, claims management or just reminding the customer at the right time. We have built all three.

For example, we helped one company send out claims forms automatically upon return. Another company got a sync to Fortnox so that each booking created an invoice basis, and SMS were sent before and after the rental period.
πŸ“Œ Example:
  • Booking β†’ invoice in Fortnox
  • Claim forms are sent automatically
  • SMS flow for reminders & feedback
You rent – we automate the rest.

πŸ“¦

Warehouse management & spare parts

Connect flows and create control
Companies that handle spare parts – whether it’s a small workshop or a larger retail warehouse – often struggle with the fact that warehouse systems, purchasing channels and sales don’t really talk to each other. We’ve been working on just that: creating chains where the systems do the work in the background.
πŸ“Œ Previously, we have built solutions where:
  • πŸ”— Autoexpert has been connected to Interwheel, so that spare parts orders are made automatically when inventory levels are low.
  • πŸ“ˆ WooCommerce and Shopify pull price updates directly from Pirelli and Goodyear to always display the correct price online.
  • πŸ“¦ Inventory status is sent to Google Sheets in real time for overview and syncing with physical stores.
  • 🚚 Logistics tracking is linked to SMS sending, so that mechanics are notified when parts have arrived.
What we can do for you: Do you want to avoid manual monitoring, gain better foresight and simplify collaboration with your suppliers? We help you set up flows between your warehouse systems, purchasing channels and sales platforms.
You rent out – we automate the rest.

Car rental

Where systems meet customers at the right moment
Car rental systems can often handle bookings quite well – but what happens before and after the booking? We help rental companies get more out of their bookings by connecting booking systems to other parts of their business.
πŸ“Œ Previously we have done:
  • πŸ“… Booqable connected to Outlook so that all bookings are visible in staff calendars in real time.
  • 🧾 Invoicing automated from Ramirent to Fortnox, at the start or end of the rental period.
  • πŸ“² SMS follow-ups via Make that go out after the rental has ended - sometimes with a simple review form.
  • πŸ” Vehicle status from IoT devices is fed into the system so that vehicles are automatically marked "unavailable" when service is approaching.
What we can do for you: We can connect your bookings to finance, support and follow-up. You save time – but above all, the customer gets a much better impression.

Workshop & repair

When booking, inventory and customer contact go hand in hand
Many workshops book appointments over the phone, update customers manually and have to double-check parts with the warehouse. We have helped workshops create system flows that connect customer, workshop and spare parts – automatically.
πŸ“Œ Previous examples:
  • πŸ“₯ Leads from forms on the website are sent directly to the right salesperson in HubSpot.
  • 🎯 Automatic email campaigns go out based on car model – "Time to change to winter tires?"
  • 🧾 Offers are saved to the customer portal where customers can also book appointments and see history.
What we can do for you: We set up logical, automated flows between CRM, email, web and business systems – so you can focus on relationships.
We're taking it from scratch.

🀝

Sales & customer management

Create a flow all the way from first click to service booking
Automotive sales aren’t just about one-off deals – they’re about relationships. Many CRM tools are used haphazardly, in isolation or just for promotional purposes. We’ve helped companies create connections that connect the entire customer journey.
πŸ“Œ Previous examples:
  • πŸ“₯ Leads from forms on the website are sent directly to the right salesperson in HubSpot.
  • 🎯 Automatic email campaigns go out based on car model – "Time to change to winter tires?"
  • 🧾 Offers are saved to the customer portal where customers can also book appointments and see history.
What we can do for you: We set up logical, automated flows between CRM, email, web and business systems – so you can focus on relationships.
We're taking it from scratch.

πŸ“ˆ

Finance & administration

Skip manual steps, collect your numbers
Most people today use something like Fortnox or Bokio – but the connections to other parts are often lacking. You have to export, remind, interpret or key in yourself. We have built flows where the systems actually do the work.
πŸ“Œ Previous examples:
  • πŸ’³ WooCommerce orders go directly to Bokio, with automatic invoice generation.
  • ⏰ Reminders about unpaid invoices are automatically triggered after 10 days via SMS.
  • πŸ“ˆ Sales data is sent to Power BI where management receives weekly reports automatically.
What we can do for you: We connect your finances to sales, inventory and system support. So that it actually runs on its own.

πŸ“£

Marketing & customer engagement

Work smarter with the customers you already have
Marketing for car companies is often manual and haphazard. "Send the campaign to everyone" rarely works. We have built campaign and automation flows that are driven by what the customer has actually done.
πŸ“Œ Previous examples:
  • πŸ“© Email about service packages will be sent 6 months after the last service.
  • 🎁 Discount codes for loyal customers are generated via WooCommerce and sent via Mailchimp.
  • πŸ€– Instagram posts are automated via CMS – new stock cars, events or fall campaigns.
What we can do for you: We help you send the right things, at the right time – without you having to do it yourself every time.
Then we look at flows that suit you.

Vehicle data & IoT

When systems need to talk further
We often meet companies that already have good systems for tracking and vehicle data – ABAX, Webfleet, Polestar, Volvo Cars – but where the data is stuck. It may be displayed in an interface, but is not used to create real flows or taken on to other departments.

Others are sitting on several parallel systems, but do not know which one should control what – or how they can be compared to make a well-considered technology choice. We help when you want to evaluate, connect and activate your systems for real.
πŸ“Œ Previously, we have built solutions where::
  • πŸ” Webfleet data is automatically sent to Fortnox, so that invoices are based on actual mileage - and matched with the customer's contract terms.
  • πŸ“Š ABAX syncs with Google Sheets every day – so management can compare patterns, fuel consumption and deviations without logging into multiple portals.
  • πŸ“¦ Volvo On Call was integrated with the inventory system, which triggers spare parts ordering when fault codes are reported from the vehicle.
  • πŸ“† Service intervals from Polestar are linked to workshop bookings - the system automatically suggests available times based on the car's current status.
  • πŸ”€ Fleet data is sent to both CRM and customer support, so that sales and support receive the correct information about the vehicle directly upon contact.
What we can do for you: We help you think further – which systems should talk to each other, what is possible to compare and what happens if data is actually moved to where it is useful? We can evaluate your systems, suggest the right solutions and connect them.

Other possibilities

Connect what is currently disconnected
Many companies in the automotive industry use a mix of systems: one for inventory, one for booking, one for customer support, one for looking up vehicle information… and none of them talk to anything else. We have worked with those situations where you don’t really know where to start – and where the little things can make a big difference.
πŸ“Œ Previously, we have built solutions where:
  • πŸ”— The Swedish Transport Agency's API was connected to the quote flow, so that the car's information (model, registration number, status) is automatically filled in when the customer requests a valuation or repair.
  • πŸ“ Service protocols and contracts are automatically stored in the correct folder in Google Drive – with file names based on the customer's registration number and date.
  • πŸ’¬ Chatbot on the website via HubSpot collects leads, books appointments and answers common questions about car models - and everything is sent directly into CRM.
  • 🧾 Warranty documents uploaded by the customer automatically trigger a confirmation and are sent to both support and sales.
What we can do for you: Do you have systems that today are not "allowed to keep up"? Or documents, manual steps or old data that lie on the sidelines of everything else? We help you connect them – so they become a natural part of your flow, and not something extra that takes time.
